This review is for Ben(Game crew and Alex(Booking team). I do not write reviews. Ben and Alex are the reason I am writing this one. We came back to Escape This Perth CBD for my partner's birthday. Our first visit was on Father's Day, and we loved it so much that we planned this day three weeks ahead: The Wizard's Chamber, then Bank Heist. We were deep in the first game and loving it. Then my daughter suddenly became very unwell with diarrhoea, shortly after eating an unplanned sushi roll from Jaws Sushi. After two urgent runs to the bathroom, she was exhausted. I was back and forth with her, and none of us could think about the clock. Our best day fell apart in minutes. I told Ben we suspected food poisoning and could not continue. His first words were about my daughter, not the booking. He comforted us, spoke with his manager, and arranged for us to rebook. That evening she got worse, and we ended up in the emergency department. Alex then followed up by phone and email and made rebooking easy. Thanks to Ben and Alex, our family gets to come back and finish what we started. To the owner: having Ben and Alex on your team is a blessing. Please use this review for more than your rating.
Todays experience was fantastic. We did the bank heist and it was defi itely a challenge. As an ER fanatic, this challenge was refreshing.Phoebe was lovely and made us feel very welcomed

Bank Heist is a 60-minute adventure escape room at Escape This Perth CBD on Hay Street Mall. Your crew has tunnelled into a bank vault, the tunnel has collapsed, and you have an hour to raid the right safe deposit boxes and escape through the vault door before the police turn up.
Some of them are wired. In Bank Heist a few boxes hold cash, gold and jewels, others are empty, and some are rigged to alert the police if you open them. The job is working out which boxes are worth the risk.
They’re exactly who it was made for. Escape This lists action film fans, would-be bank robbers and even trainee police among Bank Heist’s natural audience. You get the vault door, the gold bars, the keypads and the ticking clock, and this time your crew is the one pulling the job.
Bank Heist is rated 7 out of 10. Spotting the clues is the easy part; figuring out what they open is where crews get stuck. It’s pitched at players who’ve done an escape room before, but beginners keen for a challenge manage it with a few hints.
Yes. Bank Heist is a good pick for a first job if your crew enjoys a challenge. It’s tougher than the gentlest rooms at Perth CBD, but a gamesmaster is watching and will send extra clues whenever you ask.

Yes. Bank Heist is a cops-and-robbers game that kids love, and it’s recommended from age 9. Children from 7 can play as paying members of a family group, and anyone aged 9 or under needs a paying adult in the vault with them.
No. Even though the story starts with a tunnel, Bank Heist has no crawling and no tight spaces. That makes it a sound choice for players who are pregnant, have limited mobility or would rather stay on their feet.
